We want to hire a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying areas for improvement, and translating those requirements into effective technical solutions. Your work will include conducting user acceptance testing, monitoring project progress, managing risks, and providing training to end-users. Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Analyze business processes and data to recommend efficiency improvements.
Develop solutions and change management proposals aligned with long-term goals.
Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to implement IT solutions.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify requirements are met.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and report issues.
Continuously review and enhance business processes.
Provide training and support to end-users on new solutions.
Required skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficient with data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge in:
Business process analysis

Data management and informatics

English proficiency (reading, speaking, writing, listening).
Qualifications

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
Knowledge of business process analysis, system and network architecture, infrastructure support, data management, and security principles.
