Responsibilities
Develop data collection procedures and analytical tools such as recommendation systems, anomaly detection, and alert reports.
Create dashboards based on business needs, translate integrated data into visualizations that drive decisions.
Establish systems and processes to improve data handling efficiency.
Process confidential data following guidelines and generate performance reports.
Train and supervise IT and other teams on data science tools.
Manage master data sets: creation, updating, deletion, and troubleshooting.
Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify business requirements and model complex problems.
Manage end-to-end data projects (e.g., Center of Excellence, Master Data Management).
Extract insights from big data using statistical analysis, geospatial analysis, machine learning, and AI.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to support business improvements.
Ensure quality assurance of imported data.
Identify and integrate appropriate data sources to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Communicate data analysis findings to various stakeholders using multiple formats.
Support and enhance data warehouse reporting requirements.
Required skills
Proficiency with data analysis tools and relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, etc.).
Experience in data modeling, statistics, algorithmic techniques, data mining, and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, R, Hadoop, Pig.
Knowledge of reporting tools, programming (XML, JavaScript), ETL processes.
Experience with statistical packages such as SPSS, SAS, Power BI.
Strong understanding of data warehousing and data transformation.
Skills in metadata management, data extraction, transformation, and visual analytics.

Qualifications
To be considered for the position of Business Intelligence Consultant / Business Intelligence Analyst, candidates must meet the following requirements and qualifications:
1. **Educational Background**: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (such as Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is preferred.
2. **Experience**: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field is essential. Proven experience in developing and implementing BI solutions is highly desirable.
